Akibat dihurungi tikus, dua premis <b>makanan</b> diarah tutup <b>...</b> Posted: 09 Jan 2014 08:39 AM PST KUCHING: Gara-gara penemuan sarang dan najis tikus, dua premis makanan di sini diarahkan tutup serta-merta oleh Unit Keselamatan dan Kualiti Makanan, Pejabat Kesihatan Bahagian Kuching. Kedua-dua premis tersebut yang masing-masing terletak di Kota Sentosa dan King Centre diarah berbuat demikian selepas pemeriksaan sempena Operasi Premis Makanan Bersih bagi penguatkuasaan Peraturan-Peraturan Kebersihan Makanan 2009 di bawah Akta Makanan 1983 pada tahun ini. Ketua Penolong Pegawai Kesihatan Persekitaran Kuching Sabri Sahari berkata, premis makanan di Kota Sentosa diarahkan tutup pada empat hari lepas, manakala premis di King Centre dikenakan tindakan sama semalam. "Kami telah menjalankan pemeriksaan ke atas 76 premis makanan di sekitar bandar raya ini dan setakat semalam, dua penutupan premis telah dilakukan kerana dicemari oleh hurungan tikus," katanya ketika ditemui selepas mengetuai Operasi Premis Makanan Bersih di King Centre, semalam. Selain itu, Sabri berkata, pihaknya juga telah mengeluarkan dua kompaun bernilai RM500 dan RM1,000 terhadap dua premis di King Centre kerana didapati tidak mematuhi kehendak berhubung pemeriksaan perubatan dan keadaan kesihatan pengendali makanan serta tugas am pemilik premis. Manakala pada operasi di King Centre semalam, Unit Keselamatan dan Kualiti Makanan, Pejabat Kesihatan Bahagian Kuching menjalankan pemeriksaan ke atas dua premis. Hasil pemeriksaan, keduadua premis didapati tidak mematuhi sepenuhnya Peraturan- Peraturan Kebersihan Makanan 2009 yang ditetapkan. Salah sebuah premis dikenakan tindakan berganda iaitu tutup dan kompaun RM500 kerana tidak mematuhi kehendak berhubung pemeriksaan perubatan dan keadaan kesihatan pengendali makanan. "Setelah menjalankan pemeriksaan, kami dapati ada hurungan tikus di kawasan dapur dan stor. Atas sebab ini, kami mengarahkan pengusahanya untuk menutup premis dalam tempoh 14 hari bagi melakukan pembersihan semula dan ia boleh dibuka semula setelah kami berpuas hati dengan tahap kebersihannya. "Malah, pengusaha premis ini turut dikenakan kompaun kerana tidak menjalankan pemeriksaan kesihatan ke atas pekerjanya," kata Sabri. Sebuah lagi premis makanan di King Centre dikenakan kompaun RM1,000 kerana tidak mematuhi kehendak berhubung dengan tugas am pemilik premis. Antara kesalahan yang dikesan ialah premis tidak mempamerkan lesen perniagaan selain dapur tercemar oleh hurungan lipas. |

Kita semua memang sukai makanan. Lagi-lagi makanan lazat Malaysia seperti nasi lemak and roti canai. Tapi tahukah kita kandungan setiap makanan yang dimakan – kalori, nutrisi, lemak, dan segala yang terkandung dalam makanan tersebut? Percayakah anda, ada beberapa jenis makanan yang boleh menyebabkan kita gemuk? 1. Nasi Lemak. 2. Roti Canai. 3. Nasi Goreng. 4. Ais krim. 5. Burger 6. Mee kari. Hidangan mee dengan sup kari,santan. Menyelerakan! Kalori lebih kurang 500. Kalau teringin juga, apa salahnya ganti dengan mee sup, baru 380 kalori. 7. Makanan bergoreng. 8. Susu Pekat Manis. 9. Roti Manis dan Donut. 10. Mayonis. Sebenarnya makanan yang disenaraikan ini tak menggemukkan pun, cuma bergantung kepada anda berapa banyak anda makan dan kuantiti yang diambil. Jika anda makan tanpa mengambil kira kalori, lemak lemak yang terkandung dalamnya, maka itu boleh consider makanan yang anda ambil itu menggemukkan diri anda sendiri.
